Great fit considering it's a men's size sweater. It's amazing that in the 35 years I've been flying I haven't seen anybody come up with many pilot uniform pieces in women's sizes. When i walked into the store to look at sweaters I was directed to flight attendant uniform pieces. : (

I ordered luggageworks suitcase from Japan. After completion of order, tracking number was sent to me, but I couldn't see any shipping status on USPS website. I emaied to Stop-Over store and they replied soon with current shipping status. The product arrived at me after a week with no problem. Highly recommend.

I ordered a 22" bag and it was delivered as promised. The bag is more than 22" long so I want to exchange it for the 20" bag. I have now left messages three times but no one answers and no one returns a call so I don't know if the company is still open.

I placed my order online during the weekend for some replacement luggage wheels and a few other items. Monday morning, within just a few hours, I had an email notification of shipment, and a couple of days later the products arrived. They were exactly as advertised, and worked out great. The wheels on my roller bag broke on a recent trip, I needed to replace them quickly for an upcoming trip and did not have time to take the bag to the shop for two weeks to repair the bag. The wheels arrived as promised, fit perfectly and the bag is good to go for the next trip, and it rolls easier too.

Placed my order and then it showed up at my door, would have liked to have gotten an email with the tracking number when it shipped.

I was delighted to find replacement wheels for my suitcase! Looks like a good product, and they price and shipping price were acceptable. They did not send a shipping notification, so I was getting worried, but then it appeared in the mail fairly quickly.

The on line process works fine as is, but there are some areas for improvement that would have helped me during my purchase. I had been advised to purchase one of the LW Stealth 22" roll aboards, so I went to your website to make my decision. Unfortunately, there are several different versions of the Stealth suitcase, but very little in the description of each that explains what the differences between the models are. For instance, I still do not know what differentiates the Stealth Air from the Stealth NG. It would have been nice to have a better understanding of which model of suitcase would fit my individual needs. Also, there are additional purchase items, such as bag embroidery and name stitching that can be added to the bag handle. If there had been sample images I may have decided to purchase this option, but not having a good picture of the end product ultimately forced me to pass. All in all, I'm sure I got a good product but I'm not sure that I ended up with the bag that is best for me.
