I would highly recommend Store First, prices are very competitive, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The best self storage facility in Blackburn without a doubt, very clean with great on-site facilities and competitive pricing. A thorough induction to the premises and very friendly, efficient and professional staff members. A definite 5 star service and facility.

Steve at the facility listened to my problem and offered several solutions for me to select at the best possible price. Their willingness to help is fantastic.

Everything explained clearly, excellent choice of units,plenty of trolleys available and excellent value for money.

The facilities are clean, easy to access, and have enough equipment to make the transportation of items easy. The team on the ground such as Kevin or Liam provide a really great service, are incredible supportive and focus completely on customers' needs. The pricing is fair and more than reasonable, and unlike some other providers Store First refunds remaining amounts after the termination of the contract.

The price is competitive. And even better, because I can pay 26 months in advance. The facilities are very good.
The downside is that there are too many vehicles parked there.

Made enquiry into storage was not bombarded by phone calls try to sell. Visited storage week before meet Guy he showed me the room. Came to move in quiet straightforward process. All the extras you get is amazing. Would definitely recommend. I have been many storage companies and I was impressed the girl on reception was great when moving us in. No rushing even though she had reception of customers. Explained everything so I understood.

The service we received here was outstanding… The guy we dealt with (I’m sure it was Tom) was incredibly pleasant and chatty. He talked us through the process and explained how easy it was, then showed us the units available and we chose one that suited us.

Whilst sat there doing the paperwork he mentioned about the included office space too and that was the icing on the cake as we were in the process of looking for office / training space which was going to be paying extra for but we were amazed when he said that’s all included in the price.

It’s been a game changer for us as we’re decluttering the house and we have space to hold meetings and staff training now.

Price is amazing too… I’d recommend these guys and this place all day.

Great storage experience!

This is our second time using Store First in Leeds for storage of our son's things during changes in uni accommodation. We particularly like Store First due to the great communication from staff and their understanding of our needs. Prices are totally transparent unlike some other companies where the costs creep up with additional add ons (a bit like a certain well known budget airline!) The fact that everything is included up front gives cost clarity which is hugely helpful at an expensive time.

Staff are also vigilant to issues and recently flagged that our son hadn't secured the locker properly. This was fixed without fuss or additional cost and we're grateful that it was noticed given the size of the facility.

As a disabled person I found the staff all to be immensely helpful. I have never had to use this type of company before but my experience was that nothing was too much trouble and all the process was made so much easier by all the staff involved. A great service at a great price!

The store facilities are fantastic ,the prices are very reasonable.The free use of the store van reduce costs even further .The poor quality of my previous site are further enhanced with their very poor facilities and rising costs that make Store First without a doubt storage heaven. Thanks again to their great staff.

Very soft and easy experience, no stress

The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful.

Well originally i chose access self storage, they charged me £70 which included insurance & a padlock (that cost £14) £37.50 for rent and £20.83 for protection plus the vat is £11.67 they are still charging me £70 then they will charge me £90 after the free trial is over, some of my stuff is still at access self storage because i need a pick up van, so i decided to choose store first, same unit size, store first emailed me to ask if i still wanted a unit, i emailed back saying i think i made a mistake choosing access self storage, they also told me i wouldn't be charged alot, so i arranged for the free pick had to wait 2 weeks but unstandable, had two choices either pick from my flat or from access self storage, i decided to choose my flat because there were big boxes to upload but didn't realise i would have to carry my stuff to the van, so had to leave one of the big boxes behind plus there was a heatwave, would of given 5 stars if the free pick had like a trolley to upload my stuff but store first is the better choice
