I couldn’t recommend Stow Brothers enough. Estate agents often get a bad rep, but our experience with them was great - they were professional, efficient and thoughtful throughout and despite a lengthy and complex sale and chain. We felt like we had the best possible team supporting us - particularly William and Claudia, however everyone in the office was helpful, and unlike other agents the phone was always answered and calls/emails were always responded to. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends etc.

Very satisfying experience with property manager Hanna Dewsnap. Absolutely professional, helpful and informative. Very good organised. Always solving problems efficiently.

Had a very mixed time selling Senior guy met at property who gave in incorrect advice on price.. Wasted a month of time, but never heard from again.. Then was handed over to a "senior sales progressor" who was just so annoying and always had to have to last word, which was usually a put down... at one point overran the negotiations and missed out both parties solicitors... Really over stepped the mark as they are unqualified and presumably just likes the power trip... Forgetting that I as the seller pay their wages..!!!
Will not be using again.... And now after sale not one word from them just out of office replies....where are the good estate agents.!!

We have had our property managed by Stow Brothers since 2022 and we are very happy with their services. Anita is our property manager and she is very thorough and timely in all her correspondence and in sorting anything that is needed. I would happily recommend their services to everyone!

Guy from Stow Brothers was incredibly helpful in trying to accommodate our viewing times. It was a delight to be able to speak to. such personable, efficient, friendly and courteous person. Excellent work of Anita Datta from The Stow Brothers - Walthamstow. After almost half a year now, she was helping us efficiently in every aspect of the management of the house. Better experience ever with the property management team of a letting agency. Highly recommended!

My initial experience wasn't great - the flat I was moving into had not been cleaned beforehand. However, my property Manager Anita Datta was extremely understanding and did what she could to rectify the issue. Thought my year at the property, any issues I raised was swiftly dealt with (even with a non responsive landlord). Anita would also frequently check in to make sure I was happy. She really turned what was a bad experience into a positive one. Thank you Anita!

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with this landlord and agency. After moving out, they are trying to take over half of my deposit for completely unfair reasons.

I called the agency and arranged for someone to collect the keys and take over the property. If they failed to send anyone on that day, that’s not my responsibility, and I shouldn’t be charged £394.52 because of their mistake.

We moved out on 24 September, and we have witnesses and neighbours who saw us cleaning the property thoroughly and leaving it in good condition. We even spent over a week cleaning and repainting the walls ourselves. The landlord claims the property wasn’t clean and is charging a cleaning fee, yet our neighbours have cameras and can confirm that no one ever came to clean, only to remove some items from the garden.

This feels like a blatant attempt to take advantage of tenants, and I find it completely unacceptable. We’ve asked for invoices to prove the charges, but none have been provided.

It’s been an exhausting and unfair experience, and I would strongly warn others to be careful before renting from them.

Sotiria has been wonderful to deal with throughout the tenancy process. She was always helpful, clear, and quick to respond, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free after our offer was agreed. I really appreciated how efficient and friendly she was — it made the whole experience much easier.

At the third time of trying, finally got the sale over the line. Stow Brothers did what they should do with regard to finding buyers and securing the best price. The sales progression system is not one that I generally like i.e. where the transaction is passed from the office to the backroom, regardless of agent. The manager Claudia D took over the case after my initial dissatisfaction and from then on, I received excellent service.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Ryan Ndala for his outstanding professionalism and support in helping us let our property.
From the very beginning, Ryan demonstrated a high level of knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication. He provided clear, timely advice at every stage of the process and ensured we were kept well-informed throughout. Most impressively, he secured a suitable tenant within just 3 working days, a result that far exceeded our expectations!
Ryan's commitment, transparency, and efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel seamless and well-managed. His personable yet professional approach gave us full confidence in his recommendations and decisions.
We would not hesitate to highly recommend Ryan individually, as well as the entire team at The Stow Brothers, for anyone looking to let or sell a property. This is not the first time we’ve used their services, and each experience has been marked by consistent professionalism, excellent customer care, and fantastic results.
