The first day that Andy came to my property property, he was polite friendly and explained every step of the pocess. He even made himself available for me to call him at weekends if needed to. Then he passed the next stage to Claudia who look after me very well. When she was off on leave she emailed me that Anita will look after the process until she returns. Infant. The whole team was fantastic and they feed back to me at every step. I was very happy with the services I received from Stow Brothers. Thank you once again Team Stow Brothers.

We’ve been very happy with Ellie, who always tries her best to address our needs as tenants. She is very friendly, professional and has acted promptly whenever we needed urgent help.

Ryan and Tanika were absolutely excellent throughout the entire process. They kept me fully up to date, were very professional, and always stayed in touch. The tenancy was progressed quickly and smoothly, and they responded to every email promptly — I genuinely couldn’t fault them.

As a landlord, I found them incredibly helpful, and they did a great job finding good tenants. The whole experience, not just with Ryan and Tanika but with everyone involved, was excellent from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Dani came to photograph the property and was friendly, respectful and creative. We had fun arranging the space.
Vicki who showed the property was warm, confident and reassuring.
Patrick has looked after the after sales, he has been consistently attentive, and very easy to communicate with.

I decided to go with the Stow Brothers in Highams Park because Jon seemed more like someone I could relate to & get on with than the other suited, (and some quite pushy), estate agents who had come round. The photos & brochure were both of a very high quality, almost made me want to stay in my house! All team members were friendly, helpful & professional. All went well, no complaints at all.
