Responsive and helpful

Our property manager Anita Datta has been excellent, providing a friendly and responsive customer service throughout our tenancy. Any issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and we couldn’t ask for a better service. Thanks Anita!

Overall really enjoyed our experience with the Stow brothers from start to finish.

We had Ellie Smith as our property manager and from the start she was very prompt and proactive in assisting us with any issues we had. The beginning of our tenancy was smooth and well communicated, during our tenancy raising issues was easy and they were addressed very quickly. At the end of our tenancy Ellie helped to facilitate an early end to our lease with our landlord (moving due to professional reasons) and she helped make the process of ending our tenancy equally smooth.
We are sad to be leaving the stow brothers as our estate agents and will miss having Ellie look after us.

Ellie is an excellent property manager. Very clear communication and always so quick to respond to my queries regarding the house. I would definitely recommend her!

Ryan Goullée has been a very responsible agent throughout all our house viewings. He’s consistently helpful, handles our tricky questions and requests with ease, and goes out of his way to support us every step of the process.

She is always, professional, polite and does everything possible to help if there are ever any problems. Always at the end of an email or phone call should I need to get in touch with her. Would highly recommend. Absolutely delighted with her and the service she provides.

Ellie at stow brothers is absolutely lovely. Any questions or general tenant things that we have had she has dealt with smoothly and effectively. Always checks in and makes sure that we are happy.
Stow brothers is by far the best agency we have dealt with. We faced many agency’s before finding these guys, who let’s just say could learn a thing or two from stow brothers . Ellie made every step of the process easy and really look after their tenants. Haven’t once made us feel like an inconvenience.
