Had a brilliant experience purchasing a car from Stratstone Chesterfield, mostly all done online/virtually, Dean Nicholson the sales specialist couldn’t do enough answering all my questions and sending over unlimited videos on request, such a credit to his profession.
Even though this wasn’t my local BMW retailer I will be coming back in the future, would definitely recommend Stratstone Chesterfield to everyone.

New Car purchase
From the first email to the dealership to the minute I left the showroom in my new car everything went very well. My enquiries were answered promptly and negotiation of the sale was painless. Dean who dealt we with me was professional and great to deal with. He explained everything clearly and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. First class service from Stratstone Chesterfield! Will recommend to anyone who is looking for a new car.
