Unorganised and confusing system
Totally unprofessional service attitude. Booked online for a XJ service, received confirmation email for car in and out same day waiting 3 hrs.
Called before hand and was told to come in earlier and perhaps get the car returned next day!!!!!!! Then said come in next Thurs for someday return.
Total confusion!!!!
I declined and cancelled !!!!!!!
Purchased the car from them and again after sales with them is really so poor..no response from any queries..

Superb experience from start to finish
Recently picked up my brand new F TYPE. Absolutely love the car but also loved the service I received. Martin looked after me from the get go. Really genuine guy was by no means like a stereotypical “car salesman”, built a great rapport and was very personable. Previously been with BMW & Mercedes’ and the whole reason I decided to go for Jag was due to the customer service I received when I first walked in. You don’t feel like just a number, you feel like a VIP. Furthermore there was a small issue with the car when I got it, but Martin got me in ASAP and resolved the problem in 20 minutes. Not just great service before purchase but superb after purchase. Thank you!

Excellent service Landrover Nottingham
Very good customer service let us look round and helpful when needed .
Sorted our new car very quickly more than impressed with
the finance manager and Martin Pearce the sales person extremely helpful and explained our 1st automatic very well .
We love it and we certainly recommend LANDROVER NOTTM

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with…
Worst dealership I have ever dealt with . Their customer service is absolutely appalling . We have had an ongoing issue since March brand new car has broken down on us , had several faults , new ECU unit , new window screen as was faulty from day one etc etc . We’ve had head of sales and head of business involved , neither follow up with promises, ignore emails and phone calls.Spent a lot of money here and they have no intetrest at all in resolving our issue . Would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from here . Would give a zero rating if it was possible
