I was disappointed that my car didn’t…
I was disappointed that my car didn’t receive the standard complimentary wash that’s usually included with the service. I had booked well in advance, and the car was dropped off early and finished by 2 PM, so there was plenty of time for it to be done. As this was my first experience using Porsche’s service, it was a letdown and not the level of service I expected.

Mikayla was polite, respectful, courteous and very efficient. All the other team members were friendly and made a special fuss over my 3 year old son. Special mention also to Jack for making my little boy fall even more in love with the Porsche brand.

The team were so helpful over warranty renewal. My experience with Colchester was totally different to my previous experience with Leicester. Colchester Stratstone now my main dealer!

Slow Service, but excellent staff
A rather disappointing 7 week lead time to carry out much needed warranty repairs to my 911 was frustrating to say the least, however the saving grace was the very professional assistance of Mikayla in the service department - who was very helpful, responsive and did everything she possibly could to assist me.
