I had a top rate experience
I had a top rate experience. First of all I was contacted a few weeks before my MOT was due which is very helpful as I tend to forget these things. Upon arrival, I was greeted in an extremely friendly and efficient way. I confirmed hat I was going to wait whilst the car was inspected and asked if it would be possible to find a small area so that I could undertake some work duties. To be honest, the reception area is very comfortable but I was actually provided with a private office space and with Cappuccino in hand (freshly brewed by the receptionist), made my way in. The service team were very efficient, knew the car history and after a couple of hours, I was on my way. Nice to see such attention to customer comfort.

Very expensive first two year service of £1050. No loaner car provided. Tried to charge me £300 to run diagnostics on my car to check door handles even when the car is still under warranty.

One word, don’t!
One word: don’t! It’s all fine until you need after-sales support — I’ve got a faulty car that nobody can seem to fix. Seven attempts later and I’ve been without a vehicle or courtesy car for nearly five months. No urgency from them at all.
I’ve covered just 3,500 miles in 12 months of ownership, yet I’ve been without the car for about as long as I’ve owned it. They’ve failed to move me into another vehicle due to a complete lack of collaboration across the Stratstone group. To top it off, the car was sold without a proper 111-point check.
I can’t really knock the sales team — they did a cracking job. But the after-sales experience and the way it’s been handled since has been an absolute disaster. It’s tested my 15+ years of loyalty to the brand to the point that I genuinely don’t think I’ll ever buy another Porsche.
In fact, I’d highly recommend swerving all seven Stratstone Porsche dealers in the UK.
And please don’t respond to this review asking me to email you — I’ve already contacted you at the highest level upward of 150 times in the last 9-10 months. You won’t even need to mention my name for your team to know exactly who I am. If you genuinely want to discuss it, you can contact me.

Taycan Recall
To Porsche Centre Nottingham
Thank you for dealing with the latest recall of my Taycan 4S CT Reg. No. A5 YCR. Not quite sure what works were carried out to the battery, but the passenger heater appears to be working ok.
I would also like to thank Andy for collecting and returning my car which was appreciated; he is a great guy.
As you have asked for my comments, a couple of responses, herewith.
I acknowledge you may have disconnected my battery, but this has meant various setting were lost. 1) whilst I can open the rear door with my fob, the button below the hatchback no longer works. 2) now no data is shown in the route overview of the RHS dash display 3) Lost all my radio favourites.
I can reset radio favourites, but can you assist with the other items, please ?
Finally, prior to collection, I received an email from Kurt Litchfield offering a valuation of the car. I responded positively and also mentioned this to Andy to pass on, but have yet to receive a call from your Specialist Car Buyer.
