Porsche Wilmslow - A Rising Star - Alfie
I visited the Porsche Centre in Wilmslow this morning and was greeted immediately by young Alfie by my car as I parked. He was smiley and welcoming and determined to help me. Despite those who I needed being off-site, Alfie brain-stormed solutions until he cracked a technical interface issue I was having. He was professional, enthusiastic, efficient and effective. I asked him to follow up on 2 further apts required and within half an hour I've received a call back. If only Alfie could be cloned - every organisation needs an Alfie - great job. Thank you.
