Visited Porsche Wimslow 5th September 2024 to view a Taycan and other models.
I was very warmly greeted by Sally on reception. She is wonderful, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.
The I met Samantha in sales who was totally professional, expert on all the models, features and every aspect. She gave her total attention for 4 hours and was the nicest sales person I have ever met.
I cannot praise both Sally and Samantha highly enough.
I also spoke to other members of staff who were all so very kind and helpful.
Porsche Wimslow you are by far the best. It will be a pleasure to buy a lovely Porsche from your centre

I have had the pleasure of being looked after at Porsche Wilmslow by Mr. Nick Harling. Nick was a true gentleman from my first visit to the show room inquiring about the new all electric Taycan. Nick's welcome, hospitality, sincerity, clarity and support was second to none. He made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable and at ease to ask questions. He supported me and answered my various doubts and queries with greatest patience and I can honestly say, if it was not for his support and professionalism, I would not have been a proud owner of an all electric new 2024 Porsche Taycan today. Nick advised & assisted me with ordering and the early fitting of the home EV charger. He further helped me with my Porsche personal id and on line account registrations, as well as arranging a test drive and the master class with lovely Sienna who was very very professional and kind in going through all the the new features and technical details of this superb new Taycan. Nick also offered and arranged the extra 3 years Tyre & Alloys insurance, as well as the total Surface, interior and Alloys Ceramic Platinum Protection Plus. All in all a 10/10 service. I am most grateful to Nick and the entire sales and after sales team at Porsche Wilmslow for this most wonderful and professionally outstanding service. A head & shoulder above the rest. Very good experience at Wilmslow. Michelle excellent, great communication, very efficient. Very strong contrast to Porsche Stockport whose sales and service are both very sub-par.

I’ve recently purchased a Porsche Taycan and wasn’t sure about the colour of my wheels being two colours. I’ve taken it back to have the wheels sprayed one colour and Ryan sorted it for us, without any trouble and quickly.

My car was damaged whilst in the Wilmslow dealership, the dealership don't deny this fact. I was told that the warranty work it originally went in for was completed and the car was handed back. I then found out that the warranty work was never even undertaken, this was confirmed by the dealership. I asked Porsche UK to allow the damage repair work to my car to be undertaken by another dealership and have Porsche Wilmslow meet the costs (£282.98) and Wilmslow politely refused. I am very disappointed with Porsche from an ethical / quality and honesty perspective, the idea of owning a Porsche holds little satisfaction to me after these experiences.

Exemplary service from Chloe & Alan as ever, really pleasant experience dealing with Porsche Wilmslow service department.

Inadequate communications from the service department.
Poor explanations of health check findings.
Promised 3 days’ turn around, ended up being in the dealership 13 days’.
£240 a hour labour costs!

Quicker than expected, great advice and dealt with a load of the admin hassle.

Four tyres replaced at a competitive price. Job completed on time. Great customer care. Hoping that disappointing previous visit for a service in January 2024 was a one-off.

The staff try to be very helpful, but they need more of them to give full service
