In specific Dan an obviously senior service advisor, constant interaction and update as I was waiting for five hours. This was not due to lack of care or attention. This was due to the work required thanks to Dan. I was told of exactly what was needed. Please make sure the dealer principal is advised of this. She took ownership of the entire process and was our single point of contact throughout, making everything straightforward and stress-free.
