Tracking views are incorrect and fake. I emailed two email tests and total views for each email sent was ridiculously high. Tracking must be intercepted along the way and that counts as a view and continues to count as a view. My test emails both had over 100 views. At one point, both emails were viewed at the same time weeks after doing the email test.

I am a new user to Streak, signed up a day ago, and was checking how Mail merge works, I did not send any emails, just working through the system.
The next morning I thought let's import some email addresses about ten in total and do a test.
The system would not import any emails and no error message.
I tried reinstalling and changing settings and spent half a day trying to sort it out, I gave up and contacted their support, I was very distressed to receive the following message below and after doing some digging realized they can do this anytime they want and you will suddenly have no business, this is not a good way to run a business and I feel fortunate that I found this out before integrating this into my business, it would be a mess if I was a year or two in and they did this then.

Your use of Mail Merge has been flagged as non-compliant with our Terms of Service, specifically regarding acceptable usage limits. As a result, we can no longer assist further with this matter.

In their T & C's it states:
Streak, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Streak service, for any reason at any time.

You cant see email opens anymore. Just sent some pretty important emails so I am very disappointed. Used to be great, it's pretty worthless now.

I really liked this program. It is intuitive and the price is very fair for the power of the software. It tracks prospect pipelines well and the CRM provided us with the cross referencing we needed.

However, we decided to move from Google Workspace to Microsoft so the product was no longer appropriate for us. My partner said he canceled the license so I was surprised when our CFO asked us about a large software purchase back in November. Evidently my partner did not completely cancel our license.

When I first contacted Streak I was told that I was too late to get a refund and was provided with a copy of their purchase and refund terms. I was extremely disappointed and we had quite a few back and forth messages.

I am very happy to report that management agreed to give me a pro-rated refund. I am extremely grateful for Streak's flexibility and encourage anyone interested in a CRM that integrates with Google Workspace to purchase Streak.

Streak used to have a great free basic plan I used for years. Wanted tot use that again but can't anymore and my pipelines are gone too...

The same bugs keep coming back - been going on months now. A days worth of new contacts disappear overnight. Or you add data in and it wont update.
I don't recommend for serious users

Streak is the "go to"-option if you're looking for a CRM inside Gmail. The convenience of not having to switch tabs or bcc your CRM is a life/time saver. Inbox labels, a sidebar for context and a bunch of email power features add great value: Open/link tracking, shared snipppets, team email sharing, mail merge, drip sequences... Support is also great quick feedback and a growing knowledgebase. What more can one want? :)

On the CRM side, on creates records in pipelines with stages that serve as a funnel and can be filtered, grouped and saved as views. I like the balance between simplicity/usability and feature set, though you may find some nitty gritty details missing.

One needs to be very picky to find something to lament. While automations via Zapier are great, the Make.com integration is not so much. Formula are a niche feature, but using a Javascript flavor feels unnecessary complex. Be prepared to pay for the higher tier plans to get buttons, automations, navigation integrations and AI. You get what you pay for.

We're a small team of happy Streak power users since 2016. Streak, keep the good work up, don't outprice users or forget about the lower tiers. 🙏

Great tool. Always get back to Streak again after using something else. Very easy to use, has all the features in one place.

I know it is annoying but you have to check who is behind the project and what is written in the company rules. Youll see there are a lot of things what make it look like the next big scam. Please take care. I wouldn't invest.

Excellent service, and they respond to queries and questions. This is definitely a great product.

Probably the best CRM for most users. If you're using Gmail, Streak makes capturing your interactions with customers trivial.
It's perfect for working on laptop, wish they had a better mobile app.

Very simple to use! Highly recommended if you're looking for something easy to navigate and configure.
