Used Streeter Marshall a couple of times in the last two years, first for a probate for my late grandmother and recently for conveyancing on a property. Both processes were handled quickly and smoothly with good communications.

Neither were especially complicated affairs, nonetheless the probate went through so quickly it surprised everyone, and the property sale process was one of the quickest our estate agents had ever seen, so can't really argue with that.

My only critique would be the mobile app which, following the initial registration phase, no longer provided updates on the progress on the case thus was a little redundant overall. Nonetheless, Stephanie and Sam were always on hand to provide expedient updates whenever I requested so the lack of app use didn't dull my experience much.
