I sent three boxes from Birmingham to New York last week. Amazed to find the boxes arrived in NY before I did, after just 2 days. Service is also very good value.

Second time using them for my sons university move and everything was great! Easy to book, easy collection and delivery was speedy.

I used them about twice now moving my box to Norway and everything was smooth sailing. Box arrived within a week when expected time was 2 weeks or so (depends how busy I guess) Easy user interface. Just wish you have a number to call/or answers when there is a call query that needs answers asap. Emails tends to be very slow.
