Ordered 4 dresses at the beginning of June. Tried contacting them several times via email, Instagram and Facebook messager for over a month with no response and no shipping information. I had sent several requests at the point to just cancel the order and did a credit card dispute. Once the funds were taken back from them, they shipped 2 random cheap quality items that were nothing even close to any that were ordered just so they could provide tracking information for the credit card dispute. Super shady and unreliable company. This company is a complete SCAM! Beware.

Never order from this website. It is a scam.

As soon as they receive your payment, you won’t hear from the company again. They do not respond to emails. However, as soon as you request a refund, they suddenly send an email claiming that your order has been shipped.

The items you receive are not what you ordered, and you may not even receive the correct quantity. I ordered several items but only received two, and they were not even the products I had ordered.

Be careful and avoid this website. It is a complete scam.

Absolutely the worst thing I’ve ever ordered in my life. Ordered in September didn’t receive till December sent one of the dresses back cause it was nothing like the dress I ordered. The others weren’t much better went back-and-forth about sending it back. They would not refund my money and on July 5, I received the dress back. They were saying they never received it, but it came back from them. Refused to give me a refund they need to be reported as a scam. None of their dresses look like the ones they advertise.

Ordered 27th May, arrived 25th June looks nothing like the dress my wife ordered. Dress was £45.80. Including shipping. A reverse image search shows similar products on amazon for 13.99 with free postage. Its relabelled Chinese rubbish. Avoid this company total scammers!

Placed an order, 2 weeks passed and still no shipment confirmation so I emailed the ‘Company’, who assured me it was in the process and will be shipped as soon as possible. I asked them to cancel my order since it hadn’t yet been shipped. They ignored my request and sent me the exact same response I got the first time. Another week passed and still no shipment confirmation so I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute. It was only when PayPal got involved that StyleVela shipped my parcel. Only it wasn’t what I ordered. I ordered a dress and two weeks after shipping confirmation I received a top. No tags to suggest it was even new, no labels, no nothing but a cheap piece of fabric. PayPal then closed the case in Their favour, because my dispute was that I hadn’t received my parcel and now Stylevela have sent them tracking info.
I then had to contact PayPal and start the whole process again, only this time I had to change the reason for my dispute and that the item I received was incorrect. I have now just received an email from PayPal after a long review of the case that they have closed the case in my favour.
Please do not go by any of the positive reviews, these are FAKE!!!!
Stylevela are not a legitimate business, they know what they are doing and how to get PayPal off their back. Lucky for me I read some reviews before my order arrived so I kind of expected what I’d be opening, therefore I was smart enough to record myself opening the parcel as an extra layer of proof to PayPal. I didn’t need to show it in the end but they knew I had it.
If you are unlucky and order from this site, be very persistent in getting your money back. I was determined I was not going to let Stylevela win.
They will only dispatch something if you open a dispute, then they say ‘ oh but here… I have proof I have sent it because I have the tracking number’.
Just know though, PayPal will refund you, just have to keep on at them.

I placed an order April 18th ( it’s now may 18th) I have not received a shipping or tracking info. I’ve reached out email Instagram and Facebook and I’m being left on read even though on their website says they respond within 24 hours

Got a turquoise necklace and a vest for my sisters birthday and she loves the boho vibe. The packaging was also really cute and professional looking.

Beautiful dress but it runs way smaller than the size chart says. Had to do an exchange for a bigger size. The return process was okay I guess.

Scam alert! Clothing and jewelry looked NOTHING as depicted! Sizes off! Material cheap! I spent over $150 and then spent $50 to return to them —— and they just “returned to sender” my package back to me!!, didn’t even open the package or respond to me. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

This is a company produce clothing in Guangdong China but looks like in France. It is very hard to return their products because you have to pay international shipping at your own cost and it takes a Long time to process the return. Comparing to temu, it really a bad shopping experience and feels cheated and robbed.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company engages in what appears to be a fake fulfillment / ghost shipment scam. After waiting over two months without receiving my order, I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Only after that dispute was filed did a package arrive — containing random, low-value items that were nothing like what I ordered.

There was no packing slip, no order details, and the shipping label looked tampered with — as if it had been slapped over another package just to create the appearance of delivery.

This is not an isolated shipping delay — it’s a deliberate attempt to mislead both the consumer and the credit card company by manufacturing “proof of delivery.” Ghost shipments are not ethical or legal. They fall under consumer fraud and deceptive trade practices.

I’m sharing this to help protect other consumers. If you’ve experienced something similar, report it to the FTC at reportfraud.ftc.gov, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and your state Attorney General.

The top I got is fine, though a bit different from the pictures. Customer service also took a few days to reply. Overall, it was an okay experience, but not amazing.

The dress is okay, but the color is a bit different from the photos online. The shipping also took longer than expected. I'll still wear it, but it wasn't quite what I hoped for.

I ordered a dress for my wife from this site. "Very" poor quality, nothing at all as represented on the website. If you want to return them, you must pay your own shipping back to China. Shipping will cost you more than what you paid for the poor quality product you received. I would recommend staying away from ordering these products.

For StyleVela rating, I had to give at least one star because I won’t let you do none which they deserve none. They do not honor their own return terms when the item is wrong and believe me what I ordered and what was pictured definitely is not what I received. I would never recommend buying from this company.

Poor, cheap quality. Incredibly deceptive platform!! After long shipping delays what arrived looked NOTHING like the photos. They take your money, ship you crap, and make it impossible to get a full refund due to high shipping charges.
