Appalling products and customer service

I have 2 boxes of lovejoy meat delivered monthly at a cost of £40. Again my order was damaged. I have contacted customer service before and have been fobbed off. I Don't know if its their packaging dept or the delivery company. Have tried contacting managing director but the email address was incorrect.

Do not buy these pellets! The hedgehogs I've been feeding for seven years refused to eat these pellets. They everything else they were offered but wouldn't touch this supposed hedgehog food! When I complained to the company that my hedgehogs refused to eat their product, I had a pathetic response. But Spike's Dinner instead! They eat that every night. Poor customer service from Su-Bridge.

This pack of 6 dog balls were bought on Tuesday morning. Within 3 throws they split! My dog can have a “proper” tennis ball for many many months he’s not a destructive dog. 3 balls are at the bottom of the river when they filled with water & sank. Extremely poor quality

Hedgehog pellets. Our two hogs absolutely refuse to eat it. We have put a variety of different foods out, yours does not get touched. Even the Magpies fail to clear it up. As humans we dislike the smell which is stronger than other hog foods

Fabulous, I went in to get a new lead for our dog that would fit my hand better. The store assistant helped me selected the one that fitted best for my need. Once I found what worked she continued to help me by selecting accessories including a light. Her top customer service continued when she helped set the lead up with the accessories I was most pleased from the fabulous personal experience that I would not had if I just used Amazon. Thank you Su-Brudge!

Went to the shop today with my new puppy all excited to show her off and buy some bits for her. The shop assistants just complety ignored us. There was not even a hello when they must of seen us there. They did not ask if we needed any help. When we paid for items still no acknowledgement of the puppy who was wagging her tail excited to see them.

I understand that they have a job, but we was the only ones in there so was not busy. But were happy to be talking to each other about needing to go to Tesco's.

Just thought being a PET store they may have been (even if pretending) a bit happier we were there, Spending money.

For me it just spoilt our first trips out with my new puppy.

Will not be returning will buy on line from now on.

Recent delivery of haylage found two bags mouldy and unuseable. Advised them of this by email with photos, but no response. Have been buying from them for several years, but shall be unlikely to continue.
