ordered a dozen 15208AA160 oil filters because they listed them for a decent price and not everyone has them.so of course they sent the inferior 15208AA21A filters and refused to take them back because they were under $8 each.and of course they still have them listed on their website and no mention of what they will actually send.so beware of this outfits deceptive and dishonest business practices

Just sent me wrong parts and placed blame on me. Wouldn't pay for return shipping. Poor customer service.

Needed to return a part - Started the RMA process before I received the part. Instead of giving me a shipping label they asked for photos of the item, then they denied my RMA because it was 1 day longer than their 30 day return window and now I have specific part sitting in my garage that I'll never use. They knew the part was needing to be returned before it even showed up to my PO box. Feels like theft.

Ordered part based on their VIN database matching my correct VIN to the part. Photos on their site are NOT REPRESENTATIVE of the part you will receive. Received a part that not only did not fit but was far inferior to OEM quality. It was supposed to be a neoprene inner CV boot - thick heavy, flexible, black neoprene. They sent some type of thin almost clear plastic boot from china that did not have the correct profile to match up to the transaxle. I jumped through all the return hoops with photos back and forth and they still would not waive restocking fee or pay for return shipping. They also never sent the link with return shipping instructions. Decided to keep the part as a reminder not to do business with them. Total cost of the part was $80 including one way shipping to me. Would have had to pay another $20 to ship it back plus the 20% restocking fee. Found the correct part in the OEM quality from NAPA for $35 tax included. What a joke! Do not order from them.

My experience with subarupartsdeal.com was with returns. I had a part that I needed to return and they responded pretty quickly. Initially. I was transferred to a different contact, who then ghosted me. They then proceeded to argue with me for not providing what they had requested. When I offer to resend the email with the time date stamp they argued that the return period had expired and they would not accept my return. I again stated that I responded, but they did not reply to my email or process my return. I again offered to resend the email with original time/date stamps. The short story is that i still have. $150 part that I cannot use.

Order parts. A month later they still had not shipped. I inquired and then they shipped the parts later that week. Incorrect parts arrived. One was just the wrong side but the other was an O2 sensor bracket when I was supposed to get a washer hose. I called to start a return, now a month later I am being told my order is being cancelled because the items are discontinued. I used to like this company, but will never order from them again.

The product they show on their website and what they ship are different. Customer service is a joke. They put up so many hurdles to reach customer service. Their customer service say they will work to resolve and will be in contact only to never follow up.

This place is a scam. Total bait and switch.

Orderd a part, 5 days after they said it shipped it finally showed picked up from the dealer. I received the part, after looking at the part I compared part numbers and it was not what I ordered. I let them know immediately. After 2 more days I get an email stating they needed pictures of the packaging labels and the part. I did just what they asked. 2 days later I received an email stating they won’t issue a RMA since it was an electrical part! I called and they stated not to worry about that email. 2 days later I contacted them again as I hadn’t heard anything. Then I get an email asking for the picture of the shipping box label. I called and explained I no longer had that box only had the factory part box. They said they would talk to the supervisor and see if they could get a waiver on that rule and would get back to me in 10-15 minutes. Well guess what? That was days ago and nothing. It’s now been more than 3 weeks. The part cost me $120.00 and the part the dealer sent was $12.00 what a deal!"

Scam. "New" parts don't fit, aren't OEM Subaru, and on top of it they're USED. RMA procedure is literally ridiculous, I think they're trying to give me the runaround for 7 days so they can claim I didn't return in time. Going to reverse charges immediately. All 5 star reviews on their website are FAKE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

They shipped me 2 parts for my right side mirror back which didn't come close to fitting my vehicle. They refused to take the parts back.

Subarupartsdeal.com does not ship my order already a month.
They have been asking for additional money for shipping, while I have already payed shipping cost.
I hope I did not lost my 400$ on this scam?

I paid $15 in shipping on $20 of cam bolts, cam washers and nuts. One of the nuts they sent was the wrong size and had a very similar part number to what I actually ordered. They refused to send me the correct nut to fulfill my order without me placing a new order and paying for shipping again. Order #VS507121, Purchase date 12/03/21.
