They broke it down in a simple form to…

They broke it down in a simple form to make it more understandable and also they gave you a template that you can look at. So that you can understand it better in what you need to do in help in clearing up your dept. The counselor were available when you needed them.

Easy to follow instructions

This is a required certificate, and I had to do it. The experience was just fine. It does take a little time to get through but they made it pretty easy to proceed through each step. The price was very reasonable.

Fast service for a high price

The course itself is fast and gets the job done when you are in a rush to get your certificate. But it feels completely backward to charge higher premium rates just because you need to complete it quickly over the phone or via chat. It is literally a program about bankruptcy and learning how to save money, yet they take advantage of people who are already financially stressed and under a tight deadline. Good if you need it done immediately, but the pricing model feels incredibly hypocritical.

I opened a business

I opened a business. That wasn’t an option. Cut back was the sage advice I got. Screw you. Also according to the epi or whomever you referenced I should pay 0 for housing and food (I have screen shots). Then I had to pay. This is an extortion course and it’s my mission to fix this. Screw every one of you. It’s extortion.
