It's my husband's favorite store, so we're always there. My last visit was to buy a gift for his birthday.
The girl was kind and answered all my questions.

This store is the nicest place to visit in Belfast. Every member of staff are always so welcoming, friendly and helpful which is why my son and I keep coming back and spending money 😂. Love this place 🥰.

Never received delivery and their customer service number states no longer available, I have emailed and awaiting response, Delivery company Everi states failed delivery though I have been in the house on the delivery date. Everi are the worst ever think they deliver only when they have a few parcels as there is always a problem.

Good behavior of the staff. It's just that your store is a little small and dark, the clothes were cluttered, and I think you need a bigger space to make the clothes look good. Thank you.

The electronic device wasn’t taken off at purchase and we had to travel the next day from Cranfield Co Down. Terrible inconvenience. No help from any shop assistant after spending over an hour and a lot of money in the premises.
The music was stressful. Not a relaxed atmosphere for shopping for clothes, which takes a lot of thought.

Item was as it appeared in the picture and is of great quality and fit

Went into store today to get an exchange but don't have receipt and was told they wouldn't exchange it for a different size as it could have been bought somewhere else.im stuck with a £240 jacket that doesn't fit and its not sold in any other store as i checked online . Totally useless to me it wasn't like I was asking for cash back just a different size I'll not be buying out of superdry again

The staff are really so helpful and friendly. The girl at the fitting room was so nice and was helping me to decide which jacket to get. She said the green would be nice for spring which I thought was a good idea. The counter staff are lovely as well.

Keeping me informed about delivery and any delays

Great experience in the store in Belfast, the young lad could not have been more helpful ordered the sweat bottoms I was looking for online for me as there was none my size left in the store.
Great selection always good quality garments never have any complaints.
