Amazing customer service
I had an issue with my delivery which wasn't superdry's fault and the customer service received was excellent both in store and in the phone.

Technology failure
Technology failure - order service not working and couldn’t locate an item in store. Staff quite apologetic but felt they could have been a bit more helpful.

Wrong item sent click and collect
Wrong item sent click and collect. Had to go back into a store as online and telephone customer service was impossible to access. Whilst the people in store were very helpful, the whole experience was a real pain and then item I wanted was out of stock when I tried to get it sorted. First time using SD and probably the last.

The lady in the store was super helpful…
The lady in the store was super helpful and suggested we look on line when they didn’t have the size I wanted . If it had t been for her the sale wouldn’t have happened. She was super helpfu. Bournemouth central shop 1pm on day of sale

Returned clothes which were too small
Ordered some clothes on line - sadly the sizing didnt work for v tall son with big feet - having had problems with parcels not arriving etc I decided to take them back to a store - the staff were polite prompt and efficient - I was impressed .
