Competes well against other leading clothing stores
A good selection of various types of clothing. However, for my personal taste, the lower floor had many more suitable options. The layout between the two floors wasn’t particularly indicative of what can be found where, which almost led to me not discovering all the options downstairs.

Terribly unreliable delivery services
However much I like the clothes from this store, their online store cannot ever get things right. I have order twice in the space of two months and both times the parcel got delayed and I am now having to ask for a refund a second time!! I guess they need to reconsider their delivery systems. Royal Mail has always delivered in the past but Evri are TERRIBLE! I’m a disabled person so I depend on courier services and this makes me believe that I can no longer use this store if the delivery service is so unreliable.

Quick delivery and easy returns
Bought online as a last minute Christmas present, the joggers arrived quickly.
Unfortunately they were too large for my daughter, but the returns process was v easy and staff in store helpful.

I contacted the store to see if they had the item i wanted to purchase and the person I spoke to was very helpful and checked stock and informed me they had a number of sizes so I could get correct fit. I purchased the item the same day after trying on. Great quality and sevivce
