Sales person very helpful- the size i was after was not in store, so ordered online for me . Arrived promptly with regular updates to my home.

Purchased a coat for my daughter in the Bromley Store, when we got home it had a tear in the lining. Returned to the store for a replacement, the store never had her size so had to order another coat in, but insisted we had to pay again in order to have an another coat sent out. We wanted a replacement and didn’t want a refund. The refund would still have taken up to 5 days to receive in our account. So fundamentally means I’ve paid out twice for a coat which is going to take a week to come in.

She upheld the quality standards of the brand and is a credit to the company. Thank you for an impressive experience, which is difficult to come across even in the most prestigious of shops nowadays.

Was returning a jacket where the stitching had come away. No quibbles from the manager as he knows the superb quality Superdry's clothes and it was unusual. Issued a refund with excellent customer service! Looking to buy another jacket at Superdry because of this and won't go anywhere else!

Shopping experience was excellent

The clerk...Q attended me... he was kind... he hadn't had such a similar experience in Ninguma store. I didn't like the store because it's very expensive but the boy made me understand the difference between a cheap garment and a garment from his store at good time by the boy.I don't know if it was the manager but congratulations.

Store assistants were very helpful and friendly

Staff were most helpful in my selection of items and purely a joy to converse. Clothes were high quality and cut looks flattering. Sizes are a little inconsistent but there are sizes that staff can help with.
The only downside is the music. I think for anyone who loves Superdry and have auditory sensory needs are going to struggle with the volume in these shops.

The clothes are of great quality, i felt comfortable walking around and browsing, the staff was friendly and professional, and the store had a really nice vibe.

Super happy with my jeans ! To top it up they were on sale !

When I needed to exchange an item bought online for another size, I popped to my local Superdry store and the process was so swift and easy. The item in the new size was dispatched within hours. Also, many of Superdry's items are 100% cotton, which makes their clothing both comfy and healthier than many other brands. Honestly, I don't know why I don't see more people in the Superdry stores.
