Customer service was good. The lady took my details and went to collect my parcel with no hesitation. She was polite and very friendly. The coat is perfect and intended for a present. Would definitely order again.

Amazing was abit gutted that I couldn't just exchange my item as it was purchased on line and had to buy it again get the other one refunded

Fun staff with great personalities. Makes for a great experience when you can have a conversation and a pleasant exchange with retail staff. Unlike other stores where the staff clearly don’t want to be there!

Firstly the assistant in the shop was so helpful and polite ordered my dress for me as soon as it arrived I was so pleased with the dress fits perfect and is beautiful, I'd want to buy another one but in orange colour but i cannot find it anywhere on line. Everything else was great.

Staff found the size I asked for

I ordered a jacket on line and on receipt I noticed a defect.
Fortunately I could take it back to a store and they looked at the jacket, apologised and order for a another one immediately as it was not available at the store.
Received the replacement within days.
One of the best customer services I have received in recent times.

Great shop, so much to choose from. Very good quality and soft materials used. A lot of shops seem boring to look round, but Super dry have got it spot on!

Very quick service with ordering a different size, the delivery was very quick. This a birthday present so I won’t know the response of who it’s for yet.
