Excellent service. It was easy to order online, collect from the store and, unfortunately, to return. Very friendly and efficient staff members.

First time i ordered a jacket online, i was told it will be delivered in 5 working days. After chasing Super Dry & their courier (Evri) for 10 days, i was told my package cannot be located and is probably misplaced or lost. Then, my money was refunded, then package was recovered & then they asked me to pay for it again.. Big brand, lousy service. No apologies, money is everything. Pathetic

Lovely coat i’m size 8 usually, 5ft 4 ordered size 10 it is roomy but ok with thick jumpers underneath but 8 would be more fitted. Nice muted colour and softy padded comfortable to wear

I went to the bullring branch and the item i needed wasnt there but the staff was very helpful and helped me place an in-store delivery order. The jumper i wanted was supposed to be a gift and everyone loved it
