The woman in store was amazing 🤩. Unfortunately your online services seem much more interested in reminding me to review and selling me other items than actually getting in touch to tell me when my order is going to arrive. Sell, sell, sell; once we have your money, we don’t follow up on our promises. Not what I had expected from a supposedly reputable store. Never mind. Other brilliant brands are available.

Superdry website is so easy to use…
Superdry website is so easy to use ,ordering is a stress free experience unlike other sites. My order arrived quickly,in recyclable bags which I love and both items are excellent value for money as the quality is of a very high standard ,incredibly happy .

Our local superdry store in Canterbury, an assistant was very helpful when shopping for my 16yr old son, fetching the correct sizes for us and ordering some trousers. She also suggested other styles that he might like. Delivery of the order followed a few days later. One very happy teenager.
