The Canterbury store manager is always very helpful

Assistant that served me was really polite and friendly which I appreciated as I am an "older" customer

I found what I was looking for and the price was easy to see. The staff at the till was quick and friendly and I left happy with my purchase

I can't remember assistant that helped me BUT nothing was too much trouble.

She was replenishing the stock and l couldn't find what l was looking for, it was a Crimbo tshirt for my son but too big.

Always a pleasure to walk into a Superdry store with all the cool gear to choose from. Just need more money to buy more jackets, shirts, pants etc etc! 😀

Staff were available if I needed them. Coats were good quality and great value

Honestly.l went to your shop for womens Afghan coat and was told bigger size on line.well there is not .biggest size 16 which fits snug as 14.so please tell me why do you not do bigger sizes.really not happy about this

My lovely Afgan coat that was a Christmas present from my Fiance had to be exchanged for the next size up, so we went along to the Canterbury shop & my Fiance waited outside with the dog & I went in yo see if there was any bigger sizes & unfortunately there wasn't! Looking prob sad & gutted one of the super Shop Assistants came over to me asking if she could help, I explained & she said no problem we will look & order it on line, asking if I had the card it was purchased on, I said I would send in my other half as he was outside with the dog, surprisingly she quickly said, dogs are allowed in, go & get them. Everything was then sorted & ordered & reluctantly I had to leave my beautiful coat behind, but less than 4 days my replacement one turned up, I was so happy & excited as I could wear it out on New Years Eve!!

I ordered two items on line for collection from my nearest store at Canterbury. I was kept informed of progress from point of order to being ready for collection. The staff in store were very helpful, the goods were well packaged and my son is really happy with the sizes and quality of the items
