Lovely store really helpful staff

Good experience, thank you. The size my partner was looking for wasn’t in the store in Cardiff, so one of their lovely staff members told us that she could order it online and get it delivered to our home address. Therefore, we paid for it there and then in the store and waited for the delivery. It only took a couple of days! We were very satisfied.

Was happy with how quickly the order came to store and the ease of collection, also liked the flared style of the jeans and the length not too short or long as ordered a size 32 in length before this order and was too long. I ordered this time a 30.Also had a 20% discount.

We were the only ones in the shop, I tried on several coats and we spent a bit of time in there - I found the one I liked and I bought it. At no point did anyone ask if we needed any help.

I actually returned my dress. However it’s the only store where the white tops are not see through and the quality of the clothes and the stitch is good. Many shops charge the same prices but don’t have the quality. I’d prefer the music was booming and shop less dark and over crowded but the quality is worth paying for and the clothes are for a much wider age range the exterior suggests. No quips for wanting a paper receipt either. Only issue I have is you insist on my email address to process a return and I was assured no emails but you have used it when you don’t have permission and if that policy doesn’t change I won’t return.

Great clothes and very impressed with the man that served me, he took great care handling, folding and packing the clothes.

Huge variety of great t-shirts that “hold in” a man of a certain age and shorts with which to mix and match. Plenty of room in the changing rooms to try them on and prompt service from the staff 😊. Diolch

I really like all Superdry clothes however some of the sizes are misleading by being labelled as XXL but are really just large
Also you don’t stock 38” waist and above jeans in your stores but otherwise love your designs

Good service in store I asked one of the sales assistant s to lo cate a hoodie but didn’t they didn’t have my size so they ordered one for me there & then which impressed me how quickly it had arrived & pleased with my purchase
