Website didn't say I couldn't go and from store on the day. A wasted journey.
On day of collection at the Cheltenham store, I was asked for the email receipt on m y phone??? I don't have a beam up scotty phone nor a printer at home for my PC. So this will be my one and only web purchase

I went to SuperDry in Cheltenham. They didn’t have the size of jacket I was looking for, but they had a medium that I could try on. The lady on the till very quickly arranged for one to be delivered to home. Great service.

The clothing is very good for the young people and very well made exactly like we used to buy.

I am lucky to have a Superdry store in Cheltenham where I was able to return 3 coats. The service in the store was excellent and painless as usual. It only took a few minutes to go through the process.

Was asked to do this review by email . Ive brought Superdry since the start off covid only thing I'd wear now . Ive never had no problems with them till my last order were I ordered my normal size xxl top and they sent me a l . And trying to contact them on line was impossible I had to travel and return it to a shop . I did notice it was sent from a different location from normal . This experience has put me off shopping with them on libe

Staff were excellent,went above and beyond to help solve my problem. Assisted with replacement ordering and free home delivery. Always a fabulous experience with them which is why I keep shopping Superdry.

Worst ordering experience since years. Ordered a knitted sweater last Sunday via Zalando (dropshipping). Until now, only a DHL label was created Superdry Cheltenham but no parcel was handed over for delivery. I think this is not state of the art in 2025. At least an info about a delay or something would be cool and helpful, but no.

Staff at the Cheltenham branch were excellent. Products were of good quality and competitively priced.

Returning of items bought online was extremely easy. The customer assistant, Ethen, was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Good service, my package was delivered a day earlier than I expected and in excellent condition. I cannot fault the service l was provided. I'm happy with my item and will contuine to buy more products from your online website.

The shop in Cheltenham didn't have my size but arrange for the hoodie to be delivered for no extra cost.. excellent service👍🏽

The coat is very nice and warm probably best thing for the winter good length very good quality loss of pocket but the shame I expecting inside pocket as well but there is no inside pocket for bankcard or things like that but otherwise is hundred percent good quality coat for winter
