The jacket is really nice and cozy
The jacket is really nice and cozy. It warms me up really fast. The only issue would be the weight of the jacket, it’s very very heavy so be aware if you start to sweat. Otherwise, it’s a good jacket

Staff were all standing about…
Staff were all standing about complaining about various managers and the fact the store is closing. Received no offers for help and had to wait at the register for them to finish talking before I could even pay. Might as well have been self service.

Amazing staff - Iuliana
Due to my office commitments I was only about to reach the superdry store in Croydon to pick up my parcel right when they were closing.
Iuliana (staff) was so kind and understanding of my situation and helped my collect the package.
I am so happy that the trip to the store did not go to waste.

Rude behaviour of Store Manager in…
Rude behaviour of Store Manager in Croydon, London. I was shopping in the store today. She asked me to leave store as soon as possible and she would not serve me. She quickly closed it at 5:35 pm. If someone is already in the store and buying shirts, she shouldn’t behave rudely. Very disappointed.
