The lady in the shop was great and couldn't do enough. We had to order for delivery as the size we needed wasn't in stock and that is my only problem...why use Evri? The most rubbish delivery company. Delivered my parcel to a neighbour's address. Just lucky I saw him do it.

Good delivery time, and pleased with the look &n feel of the clothes. Bought for Xmas gift so not been tried on yet.

I was in the shop for 45 minutes trying on clothes & wasn’t acknowledged ‘once’ or asked if I needed any help by ‘any’ of the shop assistants the whole time I was in there - I actually approached a miserable female shop assistant to ask her opinion on a jacket I tried on & she just shrugged her shoulders, she was clearly completely uninterested ! Made me laugh to myself , great products but completely crap & disappointing service

I bought the wrong sizes so i went back the next day and exchanged them plus bought another garment.... not a problem and all done quickly by lovely people....

Very helpful lady served us and we were not hurried although it was close on closing time!

This longline mens coat is my first big purchase with SuperDry and I am highly impressed by the quality , finish and fit of the coat ideal for British winters .
