Well first of all, there was a sale on and it was an excellent sale. Staff were very pleasant and didn't mind checking else where for stock and as always fab music in the background and as expected, good quality clothing.

Jacket to small
I was in the shop and tried on 2xl and ordered a 3xl on line but when it was delivered I didn’t think there was any difference to the length of the jacket and that is why I returned it
I have had previous jackets before and thought the same

Pleasant experience.
Customer service also staff in shop are very pleasant, helpful and efficient. I had a top I had to return for a replacement and had no issues, bearing in mind time of year and the sale about to commence. Staff were not too busy to sort things out and all done in time for Christmas.
