Easy and prompt returns process
Although I returned my purchase (didn't suit me but seemed good quality) the returns process was easy and I received my refund very quickly.

I was charged the original price for a marked down item. Luckily I was around the area so I could go back and did the refund of the difference.
The refund process was smooth though.
