I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t exchange an online order in store even though you had it in stock and now am having to wait for my item to be delivered. Shame yhey were trying to make me buy the item again and then wait for a refund

Shopping for winter coat
Lovely staff who are very approachable but also let you shop in peace when needed to. My daughter was looking for a winter coat and there was a vast range to try on. She did find the ONE and has been very happy with the purchase.
