The coat I wanted to purchase was marked at 99 pound but the till price was 104 I should have paid 99 as that was on the price if the cost I wasn’t happy .

Good costumer service and value for money
Jacket arrived next day to the shop. Good quality product, easy to buy on their website. Got a 10% discount on my email. Free delivery. Shop assistant was quick and very friendly. What else you can ask for? will definitely buy again

Had a few items bought for Christmas…
Had a few items bought for Christmas which didn't fit . 2 x items didn't fit so opted for refund . Went into Kingston Store and did the exchange which was very simple. Good Service 👍

Very helpful staff
I saw a Rugby Top I thought I’d get my Husband. However they didn’t have his size so I asked if there was one in the stockroom. There wasn’t but the member of staff ordered one straight away for me to be delivered to the Store. Very kind & efficient. My Husband loves it, excellent quality.

Bought three things this winter all great
Bought three things this winter, sweat top for my nephew, great quality nice design, fleece top for my brother again looked good nice design, gilet for me very lovely. Much more clothing now for the middle aged market that is still good design and quality without looking stupid!
