Superdry - Leeds Trinity Opiniões 

I am new to this country, and this was my first experience buying clothes here. I am not familiar with your company, so I wanted to share my thoughts. There were so many clothes in the center, and as I was shopping alone, I found it difficult to decide which one to choose. I feel customer support is very important, as I could have used more guidance or explanations about the clothing options. This is just my personal experience and not intended as criticism towards anyone.

Quick delivery of the items I bought online, great quality items and whilst I had to return them both to size up I did this in store where I received great customer service. Very pleased.

Customer service at the till poor....not engaged with the customer. I felt uncomfortable.

My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the coat i wanted wasn't available in store (trying to buy a winter coat in the middle of summer doesn't help 😆🤦‍♀️). I asked one of the sales assistants about it and she was really helpful, advised me to check the sale section and then try on a few coats so I can get the right size for me to order online.

What made my experience great was the attention to customers. Both on the shop floor and at the till. The fitting rooms had someone available and the team were always about making sure the store looked fantastic. Even the sale rails looked fantastic and well displayed. 10/10 - will definitely come back and this was my first experience shopping with Superdry.

Staff are always friendly, the store tidy, and fantastic products. As a man, I sometimes struggle to find a wide selection of clothes to try on in a physical store (the mens section in a lot of shops is woeful, often being reduced to a couple of rails). Always love the chilled atmosphere in here too.

The help from the staff involved was top tier. Both the Shop Manager & the assistant who helped me made me feel valued as a customer.
They were efficient & well informed. calm & patient - even when the relatively new system would not connect when trying to handle a refund.
I was dealt with in a professional manner & will go back to the Store in Leeds, well deserved rating of 5 Stars.

Good product at an affordable price and great customer service

Bought these in store as I wanted to try on first. Staff are always helpful, and I like being able to see how the clothes look and feel before I buy.
Clothes feel quality, fit me well and look great. With these particular shorts the pockets are fastened by press studs, not buttons, but they are the most satisfying press studs to press I have ever used.

Very easy to return an item that didn't fit me.no fuss no bother fantastic customer service

Great value for money. Got these pumps in the sale and they are great.
