I have always loved Superdry clothes and the quality is great! I bought the wrong size 1st of all and I brought it back and it was exchanged for a larger size with no issues and I bought more and why not!

Nice experience in your Maidstone branch. Lots of choice and laid out well. Attentive staff but not overly pushy. Nice to find a decent store in Maidstone these days. I think there is about 4 that are worth visiting the country town for these days!

I use superdry quite often very nice site to check hoodies they have more variety online than in store you get good deals online too very quick service once you order online very happy

Brilliant quality, and helpful staff, but was told by the very helpful person who greeted us as we went in the we would receive a 20 percent discount on the displayed prices. When another assistant put it through the till the price requested from us was higher than the displayed price. We queried this and she called for a male supervisor, who then gave a 10 percent discount from the displayed price. As this was an already promised present I paid this inflated price. BUT WILL I EVER USE THE SHOP AGAIN, I DOUBT IT.

I went to the Maidstone store to look for T- shirts saw some I liked in the sale but one colour they did not have in my size so I went to the assistant behind the counter and asked if they had anymore in store which they did not then he said he could order one for me and the ones I had chosen he ordered as well so all the ones I wanted would be brand new and no delivery fee because I ordered them in the store.
All in all a great experience in a store which I don’t normally shop in and an assistant who was very helpful.

As I walked into the store in Maidstone the young lady was very helpful and explained what was on sale
