Great store, polite staff, lovely coat
I ordered my coat on superdry site and requested collection from my local store, I was emailed in a couple of days to say it was ready to collect.
I went to store to fetch it, I wS served by friendly staff, lovely clean tidy store. My coat was perfect

Coat
I ordered my coat and it was delivered to my local store the next day, I recieved my email and went to collect where I was met by a lovely lady and recieved my parcel.

Pleasant experience at the till
Pleasant experience at the till, had a little joke with the cashier about my email address. Nice clean shop. Plenty to choose from. Coat was reduced to 69.99, got to the til and had another 20% off, paid, just over £61. Decent coat, well made.

Item ordered and delivered to the store, delivery was quick and I was kept informed, when collecting the item I decided it wasn’t for me, lady in the store organised the return and the refund with no fuss, would definitely use superdry again. Really impressed with the service. Thank you
