Very disappointed
Very disappointed. Made a trip to Newquay to go to the store. Arrived at 4.30pm only to find the shutters were nearly down. The door was loved but staff were inside. I looked on the website for the phone number and rang for approx 20 minutes and nobody answered. I understand if there is a reason as to why they were shut, but surely to not answer the phone and explain is just rude. I'm sure the owner of superdry would be very happy with the lack of service I received.

We strive to offer an outstanding service to all our customers and are disappointed to hear that on the occasion, you feel this was not done.
The store was closing and the staff were leaving for the day, and therefore had an intricate closing routine they have to follow.
