Staff and clothes’ quality are brilliant, shop not exactly accessible
Staff were helpful and talkative at check out, gave me tips on future purchases. The casual conversation helped calm me down from the anxiety I get when shopping.
Not 5 stars as music was really loud, which made the atmosphere stressful and made me feel I had to rush. This particular outlet’s layout also meant I struggled to get around in my wheelchair. Didn’t even bother trying to squeeze to the back.
Clothes have a lovely quality. The T-shirts I purchased are so soft!

Well stocked outlet. Great staff. Great selection of clothes. Best cargo shorts in Mall. Sizing accurate, which it hasn’t always been so good improvement there!

Great experience with Superdry!
I found what I was looking for. Service was great as well by the staff present. Billing was super easy and when I was selecting a coat, i was guided for the same. Thanks to Superdry team! It was a great shopping experience.

Good customer service. I had to return a hoodie as I picked up the wrong size. I had no problem in exchanging for a smaller size.
