Joe - The Shop manager should not have any dealings with customers with disabilities.
He is extremely rude and is a danger to the public with his level of understanding for hidden disabilities.

The delivery man put the package in the bin, did not give us any indication he did so, and therefore the bin men the next day emptied it, and now my package is gone!

Never experienced any problems with superdry, everything ran smoothly and returns are easy and free , can’t ask for more

I liked the colour combination of the jacket, the fact that it's fleece-lined
and the delivery was faster than I expected.
I think it would have been perfect if the zips went all the way down. I assumed it did from the pictures I saw on the website but, at last, you have to wear it over your head. Despite this, I still think it's a fantastic jacket.

Nice product that fulfils my need to keep my phone and keys on me when moving about but without convenient pockets, also arrived promptly.

Items were just as pictured online. Staff were friendly on click and collect. Sliders very comfortable and would definitely buy again

Ordered online for free delivery to local store.
Failed to receive email confirming item was ready for delivery. I made a quick phone call and they confirmed it had been delivered. Young lady in the shop was very apologetic about the failure to notify me.
My daughter loves the coat perfect for a light shower and mild weather.
Loved the paper packaging.

Delivered to store within a day. Easy to collect, sliders were lovely, delicate colour , well made and looked great. Very pleased!
