Friendly and helpful
A member of your staff was very friendly and helpful they tried helping me find an older jacket that I used to have from superdry although we could not find the now outdated jacket she did find some alternatives

Great service to help ordering the coat…
Great service to help ordering the coat by staff at Gretna Gateway. The coat arrived in 2 or 3 days. The colour is even nicer than the images. The coat is really warm and a lovely fit. Super happy.

I thought the assistant in the Gretna shopping centre was excellent . Her level of service and advice was responsible for me choosing and ordering my coat. The delivery was as promised, and I am very pleased with the coat, quality, fit, and warmth.

Excellent, friendly and professional customer service. Was assisted with finding sizes, shown the range of different products available and felt really supported through my whole shopping experience. Returns policy for Christmas gifts clearly outlined and all items folded and packed beautifully.

Bought a jacket from here the Super dry Sportswear in chateaux grey, brilliant jacket and really good price too (cheaper than official website). I always get my Superdry jackets from the Super dry store in Gretna Outlet Village lovely staff and friendly too. Also got a guarantee on my jacket if anything goes wrong i.e the zips then they will replace it.
