I was looking for someone to help but there wasn’t anyone around. It was really difficult shopping at this branch in Oxford street, even though I bought the coat that I needed at the end.

Superdry in oxford westgate have very rude and aggressive staff..They do not honor their companies return policy...
I had a very bad experience today... I will never buy anything from them again...

I’m very satisfied with the quality of jackets super dry make. I am been using this brand for 5yrs now.

I am really really unhappy about my shopping experience. I went to Oxford street shop twice to exchange a jacket. But the staff there was not very professional. Firstly, there was a price difference between my last shopping and this time and she didn't tell me if I could get a refund. Second, she handed the new product to me without taking off the lock attached to the jacket! That is a super awkward experience and I'm afraid to wear that now.

Store had no more in stock but lovely assistant ordered on iPad had it delivered to daughter in London.

I wish the sale items were segregated size wise and size should be on the hangers necks like any other place so it is easier to navigate,especially when they are hung up on railings.
