I've always loved this store, But
I've always loved this store,
but the last time I bought a jacket, the cashier didn't remove the safety clip.
I only saw it at home, now I don't know what to do with it because I live far from Reading and another shop Superdry

Random Jacket Purchase
I actually went into Superdry for the first time in years to look for something completely different and ended up coming out with something I absolutely adored.
It's a very lightweight jacket that is great for cooler weather, particularly spring/autumn.

The assistant was very helpful
The assistant was very helpful, ordered the hoodie, which was delivered very promptly. However, the joggers I wanted was out of stock, so I was unable to purchase them.

Return and replacement
Went to return on line purchase in shop. Due to eyesight problem I needed help completing information . Shop assistant at till in Reading store so helpful. Got my son coat he wanted return completed and new coat delivered in 2 days. Brilliant service with a smile and happy son. Thank you
