Reading store was very helpful organising an exchange for an online purchase. New one arrived at store within 2 days and is great quality, my son is really pleased with it

RFID tag was ignorantly left in my…
RFID tag was ignorantly left in my entire shopping as the billing desk personnel (Saimen) was busy having a chat with female co staff.
Unfortunately I had an immediate travel planned, meaning I couldn’t use my shopping at all. On visiting store the following week for removal of RFID tags the billing staff member (Ryan) was completely unsympathetic and unapologetic for the ignorance which has caused such an inconvenience to me.
Overall the experience was ver very poor. I’ll prefer not shopping from that store again

The cream lace top
It was easy to use the website and find the item of clothing that I wanted to buy. It also was easy to checkout and pay for the item and delivery straight away.

I might not be young and funky but I spend money in your shops....
I love Superdry clothes and I love the stores even though I am not their target market (54 year old woman) I have been a loyal fan ever since the first store opened in Reading probably about 20 odd years ago. I was somewhat miffed then to be treated at the till like something that had crawled out of the ground by the young lady who did eventually deign to serve me, eventually - she did make me wait until she had finished what she was doing, in fact considering the store was empty and there were three team members at the till all with not a lot to do it was pretty poor show. Bit of customer relation training required here I think. Used to tell my team in my shop, what ever you are doing put it down and greet your customers with big smile and a big hello. No customers = no business = no job.

Excellent customer service and willingness to help. I lost my receipt but the Reading store was superb in offering me a refund and then ordering a replacement that was delivered to my door.
