Easy to use website and in store collection. Arrived promptly for Christmas and my gift receiver loved the gift.

Excellent service, nice jacket, good quality and value and an unexpected discount on any clothes bought when I collected the jacket.

The store is exciting, the sales assistant was really helpful, the changing room guy was friendly and it was a relaxed experience. Love the new jacket . Just what 9 needed.

I bought a jumper that was in a pile of others that were the same but as the label was slightly different the staff considered it a different one. Also the price was different and they would not give the cheaper price.

I liked really previous brand Japanese kyokudokanso but I could not find out a little item.

Faulty coat, returned to Regent Street store. Over one week later I’m still waiting for even an acknowledgment of my return.

Went in store to buy a jacket and trousers, discovered there was a better price on Superdry's own website. Asked in store if they could match, got told no. Then the website was super buggy and was painful to get the order to go through.

The Staff left the security tag in the garment and I had to go all the way back to Central London the following day to ask it to be removed as it was a present for my husband and we only noticed the following day, very inconvenient not to mention the additional waste of time and money we had to spend to go back

The staff who is helping me is very helpful. Very good service 👏
