Really amazing store and service so much to see and choose from. Love the vintage section.

Good service, The sales assistant took time to ensure I bought the right garment.

Excellent service very much impressed by the Staf and the special thanks to the duty manager who found what I wanted and he was really very very helpful

I wanted a specific item ( which wasn't available locally ) that I had a picture of on my phone. The sales person was able to locate it in the shop almost instantly. He gave me two sizes to try on. I bought one. Job done. The salesperson was very courteous and helpful. The shop was well stocked. I'll probably go back to this branch in future.

Two things went wrong, first, after spending over $300 the clerk charged me for a bag. The day before I spent over $500 and that clerk did not charge me for the bag. It's not that the bag was expensive, it's the principal of it. Second, when I got back to my hotel room I notice the clerk left the security button on one of the clothing I purchased. I had to go back to the store to have it removed

Me and my husbond spent a long time wandering along in thé store and no one asked if we needed some help. Thé staff needs to learn how to treat customers

Big store with a lot of items stored at different places.

I found some items I was looking for but I miss a bit of organization in the store at the men's department. You can find polos all over the shop at different locations, same story with pants, sweaters and shirts.

You have to go through the entire store to find all items.

If younwould rearrange it to specific items or based upon season it or activity it would help me much more to find I was looking for.

The Item came very quickly and I needed to change it twice, due to incorrect size.
It was quick and easy. A staff member from the Bluewater store and a staff member from the Bond street store were great and made it very easy.
I even forget my ear pods in the Bond street store and they kept them safe for me
