The free delivery was in good time, and the jumper is lovely & cosy. A perfect length for my wee mum who is only about 4 foot 8 & finds most jumpers are like dresses on her.

I ordered this coat online as a birthday gift for my daughter. I immediately received an email confirmation of the order. I was then notified when the order had arrived in store. On collecting from silverburn store, the staff were very helpful and efficient. Impressed with the service.

Very helpful in getting the right size…
Very helpful in getting the right size of jacket, im a wheelchair user and found it difficult in some parts of the store but the staff where very helpful in moving racks to let me pass freely.

I ordered 4 tops online all the same size, 2 were very small made , I took them into store to exchange as to physically see the items , the girl at the desk was very helpful , fantastic happy attitude, nothing was too much trouble, it really made my day and overall shopping experience. Went in store to look for a big for my wife. Didn’t have it in stock anymore only online. The girl in the shop was very helpful and ordered it online for me and had it send next day delivery. Couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Very happy with the service she provided went above and beyond.

Didn’t have my size of shirt in store at Silverburn but the sales assistant was very helpful in regards of ordering one in for me to collect in two days time.

Friendly attentive staff at Silverburn
Friendly attentive staff in the Silverburn store. I was greeted by a member of the team within a minute, directed to the till to pick up my order where another staff member gladly took my order details and went off to pick it up. Whilst waiting another team member casually checked on me to make sure I was being served.
The vegan trainers I got are banging. Really comfy, look great and the quality is spot on.

Long warm ladies coat
Love my new coat. Went to the store & tried it on there … sizes can be hit or miss. Lovely staff at Silverburn store very helpful & ordered it for me, delivered to my home. Delighted with it. Unfortunately a bit too warm this week … might need to wait until next winter now haha

Online shopping
Ordered a hoodie online which was delivered in a few days, hoodie was too big. I returned hoodie to my nearest store who were more than happy to exchange or refund. I wanted an exchange for a smaller size, which they weren’t stocking, not a problem, they sourced the size and colour I needed and organised my return and exchange in store and I received my new perfect sized hoodie by courier a few days later, very happy with the service.
