Service at the till was great but nobody approached us in store to check if we needed assistance.

Great range of clothes and the fitting rooms were easily accessible. Got exactly what I was looking for and the staff were lovely and friendly.

Worst service ever the shop didn't even tell me the parcel had arrived. When opened wrong size wrong colour and then they had the cheek to say you don't want it ???

Kind and helpful

Kind and helpful lady who knew was very knowledgeable and helped me to get what I needed for when I have shoulder surgery, i needed something easy to get on and off. Thankyou very much to her for helping me 💖

Returned a tee shirt to the shop which I had bought on line, staff were very helpful in helping with ordering an exchange for a smaller size

Wonderful staff

I had click & Collect items from the St. Ives branch. The lady who served me was lovely and polite, and very quick at her job. Thank you!

New Hat.

Popped into ST IVES branch looking for a particular Bucket Hat, not in stock but, young lady assisant looked on line, found hat,said she could order and get delivered to my address. It was delivered in a few days. Excellent service.

Size not available in store so assistant was great and ordered for us online. Product was delivered within 3 days as promised.

Used click and collect

Used click and collect, so simple, quick and free delivery to store, which when I collected I was allowed to use the changing rooms there to check item fitted ( it did) but would've given me the chance to return straight away rather than having to go back etc.

In St Ives

In St. Ives and the weather turned cool and damp. So I toured the local stores and found the best fleece and at a competitive price. Staff were really nice.

I really appreciate your products that was my first experience with super dry but the way your order delivery very fast and very easy so good work and outstanding products selections thank you

Good

Easy to place an order on the website. It was also easy to return. I actually tried the exchange option but they refunded the money for my item instead. But apart from that slight inconvenience, the quality of the products are good.
