Very bad customer service support
Very bad customer service support. No phone contact number. Online customer support is rubbish, not answered my email of the query for my invoice and delivery information.
No answered the phone call from the Westfield city store from where I ordered the product for home delivery.
I have not received my order receipt by an email so I don’t know where is my order?

Too much stuff piled in the store.
There is too much stuff piled in the store,Is impossible to see the sizes of the jakets on the hanger without moving another 10 jakets. There is no space in the store to move around.

Poor delivery communication and organization online + supedry method : shop also hasn't got the quality and variety as once it was . 6 days to wait for a jumper which is already inside UK is ridiculous .
It's the third time I am having problems with their delivery

Quality of jacket…
Actually i bought the jacket from superdry (sports puffer series mens)
Within one week it got teared up from the sleeves . I mean the string got out and it pooks ripped from my shoulder...worst quality i hage sewn ever.
I was using the primarks cheapest jacket from 2 years and this was my first experience in superdry. And i guess it is lower quality then primark.
Now i am going to visit superdry store offline at Stratford Westfield ,if they can help me otherwise thank you.

Good quality coats but the store is too…
Good quality coats but the store is too packed with coats on the rails. Coats kept falling off as I tried to view and select the coat I wanted. I saw other customers experiencing the same problem. I would suggest that the store should not overpack the rails with too many coats - as this would make it a more pleasurable shopping experience for customers
